MEMBER Benefits Pty Ltd (Australia) ABN 19 090 691 080 commenced operations in early 2000.

MEMBER Benefits Limited (New Zealand) commenced operations in 2003, as a result of increasing demand from our Australasian clients.

Today, we are widely recognised for our unique value adding services on both sides of the Tasman. Programs managed by MEMBER Benefits embrace in excess of 650,000 members.

Our primary shareholders are the principals within the business.

  • Richard, who has an extensive background in investment banking, especially within the South East Asian Region, is based in Brisbane.
  • Tony, has an extensive background in retail and commercial banking and corporate governance. Tony is a past CEO of a leading professional association and a past non-executive director of a major publicly listed company and is based in Sydney. Tony is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School.
  • Mark, who has an extensive background in retail management and distribution, is based in Auckland.
  • Irena, our Head of Operations, has an extensive business background gained in both small and large businesses in a diverse range of industries including hospitality, recruitment and construction. Irena is based in Melbourne.
  • David, our Managing Director (Australia and New Zealand), has an extensive marketing, retail sales and business to business sales background. David, who has a Masters Degree in Business Management, is based in Melbourne.

MEMBER Benefits services clients and their members throughout Australia and New Zealand.

MEMBER Benefits, through it's Employee Benefits Program division, facilitates, administers and managers employee benefits and rewards programs for Australian and New Zealand corporate clients. More information.
