Your questions answered
You can log in using your email address and password. If you’re unsure which login page to use, go to your program’s homepage and select “Login” at the top right.
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your email, and follow the steps sent to your inbox. If the reset email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Some offers are only available for a limited time. Make sure you’re logged in and that your account is approved. If something looks missing, contact support with your member number.
Each offer includes clear steps for how to redeem it online or in store. Open the offer, scroll to “Instructions”, and follow the instructions. If you need help, attach a screenshot in your message.
Go to Your Account and update your details. If your name or organisation is incorrect, your admin may need to make the change. Send us a message and we can help point you in the right direction.
